Most small businesses lose customers simply because nobody picks up the phone. A missed call during a lunch rush, an unanswered WhatsApp at midnight — every one is lost revenue. This project proves that AI voice and messaging agents can solve this completely, handling real customer conversations 24/7 without hiring extra staff.

I built a system where customers interact through phone calls and WhatsApp with an AI agent that understands their request, checks availability, confirms details, and completes the action — booking a table, scheduling an appointment, answering FAQs — with zero human intervention. The experience feels natural, not robotic, because the agent maintains conversation context across multiple turns.

The architecture is multi-tenant, meaning a single deployment serves many independent businesses — each with their own data, schedules, and operational logic.

This is the kind of design that scales: onboarding a new restaurant or clinic is a configuration step, not a development project. It also means cost per client drops as the platform grows.

For business owners, there's a dashboard where staff manage everything — bookings, customer records, settings. They stay in control while the AI handles the front line. Smart features like automatic resource assignment and special date handling mean the system adapts to how each business actually works, not the other way around.
